Absolutely. GNL Solutions helps home users, sole traders, and small businesses with up to around 20 employees. Whether you have one computer at home or a small office network, you get the same level of care and professionalism.
Is my data secure during remote support sessions?
Yes. All remote connections are fully encrypted and private. Where possible, infrastructure is self-hosted to maximise privacy and control. Every session is logged, and you can always ask for a record of any session.
What is GNL Protect?
GNL Protect is a managed IT service. For a fixed monthly fee, your devices are proactively monitored, your computer's security is managed with ESET, and remote support time is included. Essential (£25/month, 1 device) is ideal for home users and sole traders. Plus (£45/month, 2 devices) adds software management and phishing checks. Business (£125/month, up to 5 devices) adds Office 365 management, network monitoring, and 1.5 hours of included support. Additional devices are charged at £15 per device per month. All plans are month-to-month, cancel with 30 days' notice.
Do you support Macs as well as Windows?
Yes. Windows PCs, Mac computers, and mixed environments are all supported. The remote support tools and security solutions work across both platforms.
