After installing on Mac/Android, enter the server details shown in step 2 below.

Run it & configure

Windows: Double-click the downloaded file. If you see a pink banner asking to install, just close it (click the X). The app is already connected to GNL's secure server.

Mac / Android: Install the app, then go to Settings > Network > ID/Relay Server and enter:

Share your ID and password

The app will show a number (your ID) and a one-time password on the left side. Read these to us over the phone and we'll connect to help you.

Security Reminder
Only run this program if you are in direct contact with GNL Solutions. All sessions are encrypted and logged.

Your Security Matters

Every remote session is encrypted end-to-end using AES-256 encryption. The server is self-hosted on GNL Solutions' own infrastructure, so your connection never passes through third-party services. All sessions are logged with full audit trails.

The support tool is temporary. Once you close it, no remote access software remains on your computer. You are always in control.
