Three simple steps to connect
Download the remote support tool for your device and run it. No installation required. It runs once and leaves nothing behind.
Copy the config string above and paste it into the app settings. On Windows/Mac: three dots menu → Network → ID/Relay Server. On iPhone/iPad: Settings (gear icon) → Network → ID/Relay Server. Paste and save.
The app will show your ID and a one-time password. Share these with Graham over the phone and he'll connect securely to help you.
Every remote session is encrypted end-to-end using AES-256 encryption. The server is self-hosted on GNL Solutions' own infrastructure, so your connection never passes through third-party services. All sessions are logged with full audit trails.
The support tool is temporary. Once you close it, no remote access software remains on your computer. You are always in control.
