What happens if I use all my included support time?
Any time beyond your monthly allowance is billed at the discounted member rate of £70 per hour, saving you £20 compared to the standard rate. You'll always be told before any extra charges apply.
Can I add extra devices to my plan?
Yes. Additional PCs or laptops can be added to any plan for £15 per device per month. Each extra device gets the same monitoring, security, and health checks as your included devices.
How does billing work?
All plans are paid by Direct Debit through GoCardless. It's set up once and runs automatically each month. Nothing to manage, nothing to remember.
What security software do you use?
ESET, one of the most trusted names in cybersecurity. It covers antivirus, anti-ransomware, firewall, and web protection. It runs quietly in the background and is managed centrally by Graham, so you never need to touch it.
Do you support Macs as well as Windows?
Yes. Windows and Mac computers are both fully supported across all GNL Protect plans. The security software and monitoring tools work on both platforms.
How quickly can you help if something goes wrong?
Remote support connects in seconds. For on-site visits, GNL Protect members get priority booking over ad-hoc callers. Business plan clients get same-day priority response.
